Dress Up Session

When Diane contacted me about her idea to have a dress up session with her daughter Olivia using her wedding dress I was super ecstatic!  What a great idea and with her wedding anniversary coming up what a fun way to surprise her hubby.  We met at her house and decided to use the same area on her property where her original wedding photos where taken….goose bumps!  I really loved incorporating all of these elements from Diane’s day and letting her daughter play dress up was a blast.  She truly looked like a little princess and I know she loved getting to wear mommy’s dress and all of her original jewelery from her wedding.  Diane I hope you treasure these for years to come and thank you for allowing me to be a part of such a magical memory with you and your little girl!

Diane Heiken - Angela I love love love the pictures! I look at them everyday and I can’t wait to have them on the walls of our home. Thank you so much for taking them, I love the new blog and I wish you all the success you deserve with your passion for photography!!

Michaela turns 2

It’s obvious when you meet her that Ms. little Michaela is a sweet little princess.  How fitting that her mommy would dress her in this sweet little white tutu with silver slip on mary jane flats.  I’ve gotten to watch her grow over this past year and its been fun seeing her blossom into quite the young lady.

The Lee’s Family Session

I was super excited when Jennifer contacted me about this family session at the Hammock Club Beach Resort.  This was their first trip as a family to the beach with their adorable little girl Camille and what a super fun idea to document it! From the moment I met Jennifer and Phillip their love for eachother and Camille was super obvious.  She truly is their special little girl!  She was all smiles and had the sweetest disposition.  Thank you to the Lee’s for letting me be a part of this special time with your family.  I can’t wait to see you and your little angel again soon!

Dress up Session

What happens when you have two beautiful sweet little girls and lots of bling and frilly things????  As a little girl I can remember loving to dress up in “big girl clothes”.  My cousin and I used to lock ourseleves in her grandmas closet and play dress up and pretend for hours!  They say that pretending is good for your kids because it harvest creativity.  I love this idea!!!  Riley and Sophie are two of the sweetes little sisters you will ever meet.  They are just so cute together and wouldn’t you know it their mommy and daddy are expecting one more girl to add to the bunch 😉 so I am seeing a sequal to this session in the future!!

Family Trip to Anna Maria Island

Recently Jason and I went on a family trip to Anna Maria Island.  It’s a fun little spot that we’ve visited before just not with a little one in tow!  Ansley loved it and we loved spending time with her everyday at the beach.  A little bit of ocean air is good for the soul and it was great to spend uninterrupted time as a family.
